The Thaler loader 4275T is the top model of our product range. It weighs over 5200 kg and a 72 HP (53KW) – Yanmar engine makes working the driveline with all its well set-up, top-quality components, so that the loader is really bursting with power.
It is obvious that the extendable telescopic arm expands the working radius by far. It reaches a height of 4.76 m at the shovel pivot pin. This is nice height and that is the reason why we have implemented our own advice: the wider the loader, the more stable it works. The wide tires 405/70-R20 AS profile are part of the standard equipment, but we can go wider and higher in diameter. As option we are offering the tire: 600/40-R22,5. The background is the increase in the bearing area and to reduce the roll-off resistance, both features to increase comfort and reduce fuel consumption.
He is big and heavy ... – big and heavy because of his physical appearance, the operating weight and its power, especially for us, accustomed to work with smaller HP.
but small as well …… - small in relation to the full-size wheel loaders with an operating weight exceeding the 5 tons.
It is strong ... - strong in terms of KW and/or HP, at least for us, because it is our strongest loader, we are building
But also 'weak' ...... – ‘weak’ when taking into consideration the size of the product range of global players, certainly a subjective point of view.
For us, the 4275T is the largest loader and it has everything like the big ones, nothing to be jealous about, just in contrary, it also offers much, much more
in terms of safety = oscillating axle in the rear
in terms of breakout force: The tipping/tilting cylinder and the kinematics do stand for it
in terms of space in the cabin - in all 3 dimensions: height, depth and width.
in one aspect, less is even more. It is the wheel loader with the shortest rear overhang in its category. This makes it more manoeuvrable and easier to drive, it does not swing at all when accelerating and driving at high speed.
A word about engine technology:
Manufacturer: Yanmar - 4 cylinders with 53KW or 72 HP
Compliant with EU emissions standards level 5 = Stage V with common rail injection technology, EGR and exhaust gas treatment with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and a diesel particle filter (DPF), but without Ad-Blue. Everything, including the regeneration, is managed by Yanmar’s Electronic Control Unit (ECU).
Exhaust gas treatment system granted for 6000 maintenance-free operating hours = Yanmar’s proper trust and confidence in their own exhaust gas treatment technology.
